Our product is well packaged, however should the packaging have been damaged in transit please open the product with Courier Driver
(The Courier Guy) And check that your Little Foldy Chair is in good order. If the chair has been damaged please sign off on the waybill with your name and Date received, stating the description of the damage. Driver must sign off on the waybill as well confirming he is aware of the damage. If possible please take pictures of the damage and E mail to us sales@blusky-designs.co.za, we will arrange to uplift the shipment at your convenience and at our cost. Shipment must be returned to us in the complete packaging as received, including the waybill stating damages and drivers Signature. Once shipment has been received back at our premises and checked we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

If the fault is a Manufacturing error, please advise us via sales@blusky-designs.co.za and we will communicate with you directly. The chair must be returned to us in the packaging as received. Once we have the chair please allow us 10 days to Evaluate the fault and we will advise accordingly regarding replacement.
Due to loadshedding concerns production times will increase from 21 days to 25 days.
